I'm here by invitation from Shelagh Watkins, just to let you know about my service.

I have over three decades of stage/music/vocal performance, I'm an English professor in the University System of Georgia, and yes, I'm also an author.

I created my service three years ago because, frankly, the online services for creating audiobooks were not feasible financially for many self-published or vanity published authors and others, and rarely did I see a payment plan available. All writers should have the option of getting their books or shorter works on Audio CD or MP3.

Taylors Ridge Audiobooks was born.

I record works, regardless of size, from one poem to large books or manuscripts.

That's a great service Danny, and I also had fun checking out the site. I know how much work it is to produce such a recording, having worked as a musician in the past. Last year I recorded a short excerpt for my book, and it took a lot of time to get that little blurb finished! Great to see you here on the forum!
