Boook signing events

When my partner's daughter went to live in the States for two years as part of her husband's secondment witht he RAF, I contacted all the bookstores in Dayton, Ohio and asked them if they would be interested in hosting a book signing for me. To my surprise three said yes. Once we confirmed our flights, I emailed the managers and let them know when we would be arriving and we agreed a date. I spent two Saturdays during our visit sat in Borders and Barnes and Noble stores.

Event though they are back in the UK now, it is something I would consider doing again if I were planning a holiday in the US.
