What *didn't* make me smile today was when I found the slugs had eaten the tender shoots of my mum's runner beans, that I planted out in the garden only the previous day.

What did make me smile was reading Rainbow's post "Sex change????????????????????" and that Planet of the Apes goddess posing in a bikini (couretsy of Lin) afro

My soon to be daughter in law emailed me a photo of her wedding dress. Beautiful gown!!

My baby sister found her wedding ring (she'd lost it two weeks ago).

The mocha mint coffee I treated myself to for the first time since December.

Actually I have found no reason to smile today but I did smile twice yesterday. The first came at seeing Carol here, the second when Abe March gave me a call. He is visiting the States this month and agrees it is HOT.
