People can be dumb as signs. My brother once mentioned to a woman that she wasn't spoke to part where she'd just pulled in.

She asked why not, very snotty, and he just pointed to the sign of a little blue wheelchair.

She sneered at him and said, "Yeah, right. People don't park their wheelchairs, asshole." and flounced inside.
