Your book may have been scanned and turned into an ebook by pirates, too.

If you think it is only fair that the government defends the book industry's copyrights with the same vigor that they protect the music and movie industries, please consider signing this petition.

I like the idea of the petition, but I was a little concerned when I clicked on the "Petition Sponsor" link and found it inactive.

Do you know if this was started by an author, a publisher, an association or just who?
