You need to go to options of prefrences in the spell check and then decide what you want the program to check for when it comes to grammar and spelling. _________________ Heads and Tales out now! http://www.lulu.com/karina-kantas

Zelman I think that you are referring to the "track changes" feature in word...if you "turn it on" (open your document, then click "tools" and select "track changes", then any correction that you make is highlighted in red. That way you can edit a document, send it to someone else and they will see what changes you made. If they like what you suggest, they right click in the "red area" and select "accept change". If they don't like it, they can "reject" it the same way. Does that help? _________________ Pam Robertson http://andthebandplayedonmylawn.blogspot.com

I don't know about Zelman, but all this sure has confused me. Think I'll let well enough alone. _________________ Mystery Writers of America, Private Eye Writers of America www.dickstodghill.com
