Great advice. A new writer is an investment for an agent, one that might not really pay off until multiple books are on the shelves. I wouldn't go to an interview for an entry level position at a 9-5 job without having answers ready to "where do you see yourself 5 years down the road."

The agent's likely to want to know that, too.
